Ok , we are pretty well protected with tips #1, #2 AND #3 but there’s more… Protect your lungs. As a woodworker using power tools you will create a TON of dust (literally, over you lifetime). Much of it you will sweep up but there will be a lot of fine dust particles floating around your shop. Protect yourself from inhaling these fine particles by at least using a dust mask. Also consider using “at-the-tool” dust collection even if it is only a ShopVac. A Hanging Air Filter is a great option too – for all the dust the shopvac misses.
